These Terms of Use govern your use of atlaskai.net (the "Site"), operated by ATLASKAI LTD, company number 517190013, Toha, Yigal Alon St 114, 22nd Floor, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6744320, Israel ("Atlaskai", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Site.
1. The Site is provided "as is"
The Site and its content are for general information only. They are not professional advice, and they are not an offer to enter into a contract. Any purchase of our products or services is governed by a separate written agreement.
We provide the Site "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time, without notice.
2. Our content and trademarks
We or our licensors own all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, design, software and the selection and arrangement of these. The names ATLASKAI (Atlaskai) and KAI, our logos and our product names are our trademarks. This applies whether or not they are registered.
You may view the Site and print or download pages for your own internal, non-commercial use, if you keep all copyright and other notices. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or republish our content, or use our trademarks, without our prior written permission. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence or right except as these Terms state.
3. How you may use the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site unlawfully, or in a way that harms us or anyone else;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system;
- disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or overloading it;
- scrape, crawl or extract content from the Site by automated means, including to train AI models, except for search engine indexing.
4. Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or their availability, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- Atlaskai, its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nor are they liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This applies even if we were told such damage was possible.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to ILS 500.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. It also does not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
6. Governing law and courts
These Terms, and any dispute relating to them or to the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep any protection that the mandatory laws of that country give you.
7. General
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in force. If we don't enforce a right, that doesn't waive it. We may update these Terms by posting a new version here and changing the "Last updated" date. Your use of the Site after that means you accept the new version.
